Using an open mold or a fabric we already stock keeps the minimum at around 10 pieces, while a bespoke mold or custom-woven textile raises it, because the tooling and material runs carry their own minimums. Factory-direct 2026 pricing runs roughly $12–$85 for camping tents, $6–$35 for technical backpacks and $8–$45 for outdoor furniture, with the spread inside each range driven by size, fabric denier, coating and hardware. Yes. Mixing SKUs across a shipment is one of the most effective ways to reach a workable container load without over-committing on any single item, and it is a common approach for buyers testing a new range. Each SKU still has to meet its own production minimum.

Our standard terms are 30% deposit with the balance of 70% paid against a copy of the bill of lading. We accept T/T (bank transfer) and PayPal. For orders that need new tooling, the mold fee is paid in full before production and then rebated against the order volume once mass production runs.

Both. Under OEM we build to your drawings and specifications, and the design remains entirely yours. Under ODM you start from a design we have already engineered and adapt it for your brand, which is faster and lowers the entry cost — the trade-off is that the base design is not exclusive to you. Which route fits depends on how differentiated you need the product to be.

Rapid prototyping runs 10–15 days, using 3D printing and functional test builds before any tooling is cut. Sampling costs depend on complexity and whether new molds are required; tooling-free samples are considerably faster and cheaper than a first-article sample off a new mold. Where a mold fee applies, it is rebated against your order volume once mass production runs.

A repeat order on existing tooling ships in about 15 days. A first run that needs a new mold cut adds tooling time, and where certification testing is on the critical path it adds roughly 30 days more. We give a committed date with the quotation once the specification is fixed.

Yes. Private-label packaging, branded inserts and retail-ready presentation are part of the standard OEM/ODM scope, alongside custom enclosures designed for Western retail aesthetics.

We ship on FOB, CIF, DDP, DAP or EXW terms, most often out of Ningbo and Shanghai. Less-than-container (LCL) consolidation is available, so you can combine SKUs to reach a workable load. The right mode and Incoterm depend on your volume, destination and how quickly you need stock on shelf — we lay out the options with your quotation. We do not offer single-parcel dropshipping.
