Order confirmation
Before payment or shipment, the contract seller confirms product, quantity, destination, delivery address, shipping method, freight, applicable taxes or duties and delivery terms. Written order documents control if they differ from general website information.
Origin, terms and customs
Orders normally ship from Ningbo. Available destinations and delivery terms are confirmed for each order and may include DDP, DAP, CIF or FOB where stated in the order documents. The site does not promise a fixed dispatch or delivery date, stock status, free-shipping threshold or universal country list.
Buyers must provide accurate delivery and customs information. Import eligibility, clearance, taxes, duties, agency charges and permits depend on the destination and confirmed delivery terms.
Receipt and transport issues
Where tracking is available, the tracking number is provided after dispatch. Inspect goods on receipt and retain packaging, photos and carrier records for visible damage, shortage or delivery issues.
Notify us of damage, shortage, loss or non-delivery within 7 days of receipt. Do not return goods without written return authorization and instructions.
