1. Warranty Coverage
Zhangjiagang Seawing Import & Export Trade Co., Ltd. warrants that its outdoor inflatable tents are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper care during the applicable warranty period.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers products purchased directly from Zhangjiagang Seawing Import & Export Trade Co., Ltd. or through an authorized distributor or dealer in Canada.
The warranty covers the following components:
- Tent fabric and stitching defects
- Inflatable air tubes and structural air beams
- Air valves and valve connections
- Factory-installed zippers and buckles
- Factory-installed attachment points
- Other manufacturing defects affecting normal product performance
2. Warranty Period
Unless otherwise stated on the product documentation:
- Tent fabric and workmanship: 24 months
- Inflatable air tubes and air valves: 24 months
- Zippers, buckles and other hardware: 12 months
The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase.
For B2B or wholesale purchases, warranty terms may be agreed separately in the sales contract or purchase order.
3. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage or improper handling
- Incorrect installation, inflation or deflation
- Failure to properly secure the tent with stakes, guy lines or other anchoring systems
- Use outside the product’s intended purpose
- Excessive wind, snow, ice or other weather conditions beyond the product’s specified performance limits
- Damage caused by falling trees, branches, rocks or other external objects
- Animal damage
- Fire, heat, chemicals or corrosive substances
- Mold or mildew caused by improper storage
- Long-term exposure to UV radiation or extreme environmental conditions
- Unauthorized modifications, repairs or alterations
- Damage caused by transportation after delivery to the customer
- Cosmetic changes that do not affect the functionality or safety of the product
4. Weather and Load Conditions
The tent must always be used within the wind, snow-load and environmental limits specified by Zhangjiagang Seawing Import & Export Trade Co., Ltd. and in the product instructions.
The customer is responsible for properly anchoring the tent and monitoring weather conditions.
The tent should be deflated and stored safely when severe weather conditions exceed the product’s specified operating limits.
Important: Warranty coverage does not apply to damage resulting from weather conditions that exceed the product’s stated design or tested performance limits.
5. Inflatable Structure
Minor pressure loss may occur due to temperature changes, air permeability and normal use and does not necessarily indicate a product defect.
If an inflatable air beam loses air abnormally during normal use, the customer should stop using the product and contact Zhangjiagang Seawing Import & Export Trade Co., Ltd. or the authorized dealer for inspection.
Where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Zhangjiagang Seawing Import & Export Trade Co., Ltd. may provide:
- A repair kit or replacement component;
- A replacement air tube or valve;
- A repair service; or
- A replacement product or equivalent component,
at the company’s reasonable discretion.
6. Warranty Claim Procedure
To submit a warranty claim, the customer should provide:
- Proof of purchase or order number;
- Product model and serial number, if applicable;
- A description of the problem;
- Photos showing the affected area;
- Video evidence where the problem involves air leakage, valves or structural performance;
- The date and location of purchase.
Customers should contact Zhangjiagang Seawing Import & Export Trade Co., Ltd. or the authorized Canadian distributor before sending the product back.
Do not return a product without prior authorization.
7. Inspection and Warranty Determination
All warranty claims are subject to inspection.
Zhangjiagang Seawing Import & Export Trade Co., Ltd. reserves the right to determine whether the reported issue is caused by a manufacturing defect, normal wear, improper use, accidental damage or other circumstances excluded from this warranty.
Additional information, photographs, videos or physical inspection may be requested before a warranty claim is approved.
8. Repair or Replacement
If a warranty claim is approved, Zhangjiagang Seawing Import & Export Trade Co., Ltd. may, at its discretion:
- Repair the defective component;
- Provide replacement parts;
- Provide a replacement product;
- Provide an equivalent product if the original model is no longer available.
Replacement parts or products may be new or refurbished, provided they meet reasonable functional standards.
A repaired or replacement product does not automatically restart the original warranty period.
9. Shipping and Transportation
For warranty claims that require the product or any component to be returned to Zhangjiagang Seawing Import & Export Trade Co., Ltd. for inspection or repair, the customer is responsible for all shipping and transportation costs associated with sending the product or component to Zhangjiagang Seawing Import & Export Trade Co., Ltd..
If the warranty claim is approved and the product or component is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, Zhangjiagang Seawing Import & Export Trade Co., Ltd. will be responsible for the reasonable cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product or component back to the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If the inspection determines that the issue is not covered by this warranty, the customer will be responsible for all related shipping, repair and other applicable costs.
Customers must obtain prior authorization from Zhangjiagang Seawing Import & Export Trade Co., Ltd. before returning any product or component.
Customers must use appropriate packaging when returning products for inspection or repair.
Damage caused by inadequate packaging during a warranty return may not be covered.
No unauthorized returns will be accepted.
10. Maintenance and Customer Responsibilities
To maintain warranty coverage, customers should:
- Follow the installation and operating instructions;
- Properly anchor the tent before use;
- Check air pressure and valves regularly;
- Inspect guy lines, stakes, seams and attachment points before use;
- Keep the tent clean and dry before storage;
- Store the tent in a cool, dry and well-ventilated location;
- Avoid prolonged unnecessary exposure to direct sunlight;
- Repair minor damage promptly using approved repair materials.
Never store the tent while wet or damp.
11. Commercial and Rental Use
For commercial, rental, event, hospitality or other intensive applications, warranty coverage may be subject to separate terms due to increased frequency and intensity of use.
Commercial customers should confirm the applicable warranty terms before purchase.
12. Limitation of Warranty
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship only and does not guarantee that the product will remain completely free from damage under all environmental or operating conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, Zhangjiagang Seawing Import & Export Trade Co., Ltd. shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use, inability to use, repair or replacement of the product.
Nothing in this warranty is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable Canadian law.
